Better than Butter




We use earth balance for all of our baking and cooking needs and we love it. It's great on toast, melted on pasta, or baked into cookies. There is also a soy free version if you can't have soy. They sell it at most stores, Fred Meyer & Safeway both carry it, as well as all the health food stores.
