I have always LOVED butterscotch cookies and haven't had any luck finding gluten free butterscotch chips the past couple of years. I guess I didn't look hard enough, my friend Casie googled it and said she thought the Kroger brand ones would be gf. I went to Fred Meyer today and not only are they gluten free but they are actually labeled gluten free which always makes me happy! I can't wait to start baking with butterscotch again!
