Two New Favs

We are loving these gf tater tots from Trader Joes. Not exactly healthy, but they are soooo good:)
And I'm loving this instant oatmeal for breakfast, so easy and healthy! I found it at PCC and The Market in Bellingham. Assuming they have them at Whole Foods too but haven't checked yet.

  1. My husband was just diagnosed with celiac's, so we are changing the whole family as my daughter seems to experience symptoms as well. But we hear so many mixed news on the oats. I can see you have listed them here, so maybe you don't have bad experiences with them, but do you have limits on yourself, like one bowl a week, or do you just not have issues?

  2. Hi, Thanks for stopping by! As long as oats are labeled gluten free they don't bother me but I do know some people who say they don't do well with them. I don't have a limit I set on oats but I probably only eat them a few times a week just because I like variety:) Since you are in Ferndale make sure you check out The Market in B'ham, they have SO many gluten free options. We have family in B'ham and go there often, recently we had a gf cheese cake that we got at the The Market and it was TO DIE FOR! Also, the co-op has a lot of great stuff!
